In Order to Sign Up, we would need the following from you:

1. Signed State of Florida Form 2050, Associate Information Section

2. Signed Policy and Procedures form.

3. Copy of your Real Estate license. If you are a new licensee, send us a copy of your pass slip for the state exam and send a copy of your license later when you receive it.

4. Verification that you are current on your continuing education as required by FREC.

5. Check in the amount of $99 made payable to BDR Referral Group.

6. Check in the amount of $70 made payable to BDR Referral Group for 1,000 business cards. This is an optional charge.
