Here is how it works.  You refer someone to BDR Referral Group who is either buying or selling real estate.  Our Relocation Director will assign the referral to the most qualified Broker available.  That is all you have to do.   Sit back and wait for the referral fee to be mailed to you.

A typical referral fee would be 25% of the commission earned. The typical commission is 3%.  Each referral is different.  You could be earning an average of $1,000 per referral for just a phone call.  This could be a lucrative part-time job for you. 

What do you have to do?  You must activate your license.  This may entail additional continuing education.
